The bureau is located in The North End Mall which is a pedestrian walkway running through the former Allders Department Store. Entrances to The Mall can be found in both North End and George Street; the George Street entrance being adjacent to a Tramlink stop. Please note that although the Allders Department Store is now closed the Mall and the stores within it are not affected.

We are open seven days a week from 9.00am till 5.30pm on weekdays and from 11am till 5pm on Sundays.

Wimbledon

The bureau is located on the 3rd Floor of Elys Department Store and has easy access by both escalator and lift. Entrances to the store are on St. Georges Road, Wimbledon Hill Road and Worple Road and it is only some 100 metres from Wimbledon Station with its main line, London Underground and Tramlink Services.  

We are open seven days a week from 9.30am till 6pm on weekdays (till 8pm on Thursdays) and from 11am till 5pm on Sundays.
